The sample company
The demo company sells 111 items from four suppliers: building sets, plush, puzzles and games, and RC and science kits. It has two years of monthly sales and ships to toy shops that order about once a week.
One plan for the whole range
From one export, POplanner suggests 70 order lines across the four suppliers. Before the order, 33 of 111 items are stocked for the 5-month target. After it, 103 are. The rest are new items with no sales yet, or items that already have more than enough.
| Status | Item | Months of stock | Order |

The lines worth a second look
- An Advent calendar set that sold 66% of its volume in December gets a safe quantity of 246 instead of 678.
- A Valentine's heart bear that sold 759 units in February gets a safe quantity of 48 instead of 432.
- A figure pack where one month made up 54% of sales is flagged before it is reordered on that average.
Selling more to the shops
With order lines imported, each shop has a customer page: what it bought in the last 12 months, the change on last year, how often it orders and the bestsellers it doesn't stock yet. In the demo, Toy Box Corner buys 23 of the 28 top sellers, so there are five items to offer on the next call.
