1. Export stock and sales from your ERP

Run the item export you already use: item number, available stock and one column per month of sales. Add customer orders, incoming orders, carton size, purchase price and supplier if your ERP has them. Exact, AFAS, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or any system that writes Excel or CSV will do.

  2. Drop the file on the Import screen

POplanner finds the columns by name in English, German or Dutch and shows how it read each one. Next month it remembers your choices, keeps your decisions and adds the new month of sales.

  3. Review the plan

Each item shows months of stock today and after the order. Items below your reorder point get an order quantity that tops up to your cover target, rounded to full cartons. Open any line to see the sum and change it.

  4. Work through the checks

Spikes, stock-out months, one-customer items and odd purchase prices each get a card. Keep the safe quantity, use the formula or set the line to zero. POplanner reminds you before export if a flagged line is still open.

  5. Check the season dates and export the orders

Seasons ahead shows which order has to leave this week by sea, and which can still go by air. Then export one Excel file per supplier, most urgent lines first, ready to email. Log what you ordered in the PO tracker.
