- Everyone in your company who needs it, with no fee per person, each signing in with an emailed code
- Imports of your ERP stock and sales exports, in Excel or CSV, with English, German or Dutch column names
- Order timing and quantities per supplier, rounded to full cartons
- Spike and stock-out checks, overstock and price warnings, and a confidence score on every line
- Order-by dates for 13 European selling seasons, by sea and by air, plus seasons and dates of your own
- One order file per supplier, a PO tracker for orders on the way, and customer pages
- Your company name and logo on every screen and export
- New checks and seasons as they are added
- Help setting up your first plan with your own export
Start with a 60-day pilot
The pilot costs €750 for 60 days. We set up your real ERP exports with you and plan your next orders together. If you stay, the full €750 is credited to your first year on any plan. To ask for one, pick "60-day pilot" in the early access form.
More than 10,000 items, or a build of your own

Paying and cancelling
You pay in advance for each month or year. You can cancel at any time, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. If POplanner isn't right for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment. The details are in our refund policy and terms.
Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
The demo on the home page is free and shows the planning screens with a made-up toy wholesaler. To plan with your own export, start with the 60-day pilot, which is credited to your first year if you stay.
Do you charge per user?
No. The price is per company. Buyers, the owner and the warehouse can all sign in at no extra cost.
Which plan do I need?
Count the items in your ERP export that have stock, open orders or sales in the last 12 months. That number decides the plan. Every plan has the same features.
What counts as an active item?
An item in your export that has stock, open orders or sales in the last 12 months. Items with none of these are left out of the plan and don't count.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Write to hi@poplanner.app and the change starts at your next payment.
